The Davidoff Millennium series was initially blended for the year 2000 by master blender Hendrik Kelner. The cigar has a dark, sunkissed wrapper from Ecuador and a Dominican blend for the binder and filler that is said to be Davidoff’s strongest. The Short Robusto format gives the cigar a punch due to its generous ring gauge of 54, but a shorter smoking time of around half an hour due to its 5” length. 

The Millennium blend is famous for its coffee notes. The Colorado colored wrapper gives off deep notes of freshly roasted coffee beans on the cold draw. The first half of the cigar has a coffee base layer but adds white pepper, spice, and even hints of licorice. The retrohale is milder but with a noticeable spice on the palate. 

The second half of the cigar deepens the coffee taste with earthier tones and bolder spice notes but offers a more rounded flavor. This cigar is full-bodied and recommended for those who want a short but strong cigar.
