Solo Cigars .com accepts the following major credit cards as form of payment:  American Express, Visa, Diners Club, Discover and JCB. Due to some recent situations with credit cards payments and new security regulations requested by VISA we need to take the following measures which will help us ensure security for you as our customer on all transactions processed through any of the above major credit cards.

We are requesting all our customers registered since April 9th, 2008, for all orders OVER USD
$ 500.00 to fill out a Credit Card Authorization Form which we need the card holder to fill out and sign and send it back to us with a scanned copy of a valid picture ID and credit card (on these two documents we need front and back of both of them to be forwarded to us). The above requested information must be forwarded to the following e-mail address: info@solocigars.com where one of our customer service representatives will review the information.

Please be advised that we are aware that the requested information is sensitive but you can be sure that the information will be received by Solocigars.com and processed for verification purposes only and kept in a secure place and will not be disclosed. When placing the order, we need that the “Billing Address” must be the same as the “Shipping Address’. If for any reason the name in the Billing Address (card holder) will be different from the name in the Shipping Address, the card holder must express his agreement in writing in the credit card authorization form so we can ship the product to the requested beneficiary and shipping address.

When you are contacted by one of our Sales representatives, please provide him/her with the complete credit card information, expiration date of the credit card and CVV code, so the amount to be charged on your credit card can be processed and order shipped in a timely manner.

Regarding the cardholder’s valid picture ID, our staff will need to verify the following:
Information must be in English (some of the current IDs are in local language, so we will need a copy of the valid passport to be sent to us); picture ID must have a valid expiration date, cardholder signature, which needs to be the same as the credit card.

For the above requested documents (valid picture Id and credit card); we will need scanned copies from the front and the back.

As mentioned before, these measures have been taken only to ensure the security of you as our customers on every transaction processed through any of the major credit cards Solo Cigars .com accepts as form of payment.
