About Our Loyalty Program

The first of its kind in Customer Loyalty Programs, Solocigars Loyalty Program was borned as a way of saying ¨thank you¨ and reward your loyalty.

Rewards are given every month after reaching the Program Plan amounts ( see chart below ). Each customer will be classified montly depending on his/her amount purchased during that specific month, meaning that they might be classified differently each month.

Rewards are subject to stock availability and might be changed without previous advice. At the end of the month, each reward will be shipped within the clients´ next purchase.

If the customer prefers so, the rewards are cumulative, meaning that at the end of a trimester, the client will be able to request a bigger reward such as a Humidor - only if the the amount of the Humidor or requested reward does not exceeds the amount of the accumulated reward- .

** Rewards requested might not complete the whole amount of the accumulated reward.

Referral Program ( Refer a Friend )

The majority of our new accounts come from satisfied customers who refer a friend or relative. Should any referred friend start a new account with us and make a purchase, you will be entitled to receive a Solocigar reward.

It is very simple, just contact your friends and tell them all about Solocigars products, our services and promotions that we have available for all the cigar enthusiastics, ask them to call our US toll free number at (800) 807-8526 or International: +1-305-767-4708, open an account and purchase our products and you will receive your reward.

You can refer as many friends as you wish, just remind them to give out to our client services staff your current account number on the day they open their account or the latest at the moment they make their first purchase, so that we can credit you the referral.
